BLAST-RESISTANT TECHNOLOGY DELIVERED BY CENTURION TO HYDROGEN SITE

Centurion Accommodation & Modular (NL) has delivered eight blast resistant modules for a key customer - a provider of industrial gases and related equipment across key industries on a global scale.

Specially designed to protect personnel and equipment from potential explosions and/or hydrocarbon fires, these 20-foot blast resistant modules are the latest addition to Centurion Accommodation & Modular’s fleet in the UK, Europe & Caspian Region. The modules were safely mobilized in late 2023 to the customer’s base in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on the back of Storm Ciarán – which rocked the Netherlands the weekend prior.

Additional modules will also be delivered in the coming months for use on the customer’s new hydrogen facility. Currently under construction and expected to be on stream in 2026, this new facility is set to be the largest plant of its kind in Europe.
