Centurion’s UK, Europe & Caspian Teams Support Urgent Decommissioning Project

Centurion’s UK, Europe & Caspian (UKEC) business lines have successfully completed an urgent request supporting the decommissioning of a North Sea asset.

Centurion was contacted by client AF Offshore Decom, requesting the urgent provision of Bolt Torque Equipment and a Rope Access Technician capable of utilizing the equipment for the preparation and removal of the Drilling Derrick and associated equipment.

Facing a tight deadline, Centurion Power & Equipment (UK) and Centurion Flushing & Testing (UK) quickly identified tools from their fleet and enrolled an in-house Rope Access Technician in a training course necessary to carry out this task. Centurion’s work commenced within just three days, and was successfully completed on time to support critical subsequent decommissioning operations.

After completing the project, the client gave fantastic feedback, commending the team’s professionalism, quality of service and delivery speed.
